Well-lit, clean and uncluttered, the location is big enough for SOLERS-PI to maintain a large inventory of distributors’ products and a wide-range of top-of-the-line assembly equipment. Three full loading docks and proximity to major highways expedite shipping.
Progressive Image has five cut-and-strip machines on site, from 36 AWG to 1.2-inch in diameter. Other state-of-the-art equipment housed in the facility includes:
- Three automatic cable jacket slitters
- Nine benchtop wire strippers
- 40 terminal-specific bench-mount crimping applicators
- 125 terminal-specific hand crimpers
- Six automatic cable tie guns
A 16-foot-high drive-up door in the dock area ensures oversized and bulky items arrive and depart with ease. Once delivery begins, drivers can reach I-94, I-894, I-43 and U.S. 45 within minutes, reducing customers’ wait times.
SOLERS-PI is located in the Commerce Centre building on Commerce Drive in New Berlin, just off Lincoln Avenue.
